Linda Luedtke, RN, MSN
President, Director of Consulting Services

Linda has been the President and Director of Consulting Services at MLCS since 1999, and brings a wealth of clinical and consulting experience. She holds a master’s degree in Community and Family Health Nursing from Lewis University, and is a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, as well as a charter member of Epsilon Upsilon chapter of Sigma Theta Tau, International Honor Society of Nursing.
Linda is a contributing author for Legal Nurse Consulting Principles. She has a passion for the teaching and learning process, and facilitates educational workshops for clients, as well as teaching adults in the community. Linda has enjoyed all settings of her nursing career, but finds medical record review for personal injury cases by far the most interesting, as there is something new to learn every day.
Anna Kerr, RN, MBA
Legal Nurse Consultant
Anna has experience in both inpatient and outpatient healthcare settings. Prior to MLCS, she cared for a wide range of patients with cardiac, neurologic, and post-surgical needs in a community hospital. In the clinic setting, she gained knowledge of various aspects of outpatient care including telephonic triage, care coordination, utilization review, and one-on-one patient education for those with rheumatologic conditions. She received her master’s degree in nursing from Rush University and obtained certification in the role of a Clinical Nurse Leader.
Heather Jordan, BSN, RN
Legal Nurse Consultant
Heather’s primary clinical experience includes long-term care with a focus in geriatrics, end of life care, and memory disorders. She also held a position as a director of nursing in a long-term care facility where she developed care plans and management reports, managed staff, performed patient chart audits, and coordinated admissions, transfers, and discharges. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Olivet Nazarene University.
Roxann Scheid
Transcription Manager
Roxann oversees report formatting and transcription of medical record chronologies. She has a background in medical transcription, court reporting and administration.
Jay Peterson, AS Elect. Tech., BS Bus. Admin.
Office Manager
Jay’s experience includes 8 years as a Senior Technician at Fermilab followed by 37 years in domestic and international technical sales and business development. He is passionately dedicated to developing customer relationships, to constantly improving communication flow, and to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
MLCS also draws from a pool of administrative staff and nurses with varied experience and specialties, as needed. The nurses have completed MLCS’ extensive training in medical record review.
